I’m a very big fan of my iPhone and super glad I’ve got one! What makes it even better is when you come across App’s designed for the things you love, in my case photography. So what makes it even better is when I found out about this new App – Strobox.

Strobox is a new App which looks very similar to a Photoshop file some studio and flash photographers might have used before where you can move and add flashes on a PSD template to match your lighting diagrams. So in a way it’s a mobile version of this, which I find quite handy. At the moment you get 25+ lighting options to play around, from backdrops, strobes, softboxes, beauty dishes, hairlights………the list goes on. Not bad really seeing as its version 1.0 of this app, however I think there are some features missing which I wouldn’t mind getting in a next update.
1. Make the working area bigger – at the moment the “studio space” is only fixed to the size of the screen, therefore if you have quite a busy set up, it could be hard to position all your lighting.
2. Notes – rather than having to try and remember the power output, flash setting and strobe your used, adding a little note by the side would be very handy.
3. Easier saving and uploading – at the moment you can only save your set-ups within the app and you can only send them via e-mail. If you were able to upload them to Flickr, Photobucket, Twitter etc it would mean you wouldn’t have to go to the hassle of taking a screenshot, opening another app, then uploading that way.
All in all it’s a super good app and it’s free! If you do photography, into your off camera-lighting and have an iPhone………this is the App to get. Click the App logo below to open the App Store and download today.

Hey, glad to see you enjoying our app! Regards sharing, you can view them individually and then on bottom left corner there is a button which will help you to email that diagram to any email you want. Sure, we need to add more options
cheers,
